There are dozens of lodges that use the name Riverside Lodge and I am currently in a bidding war on namejet for the domain. There is a reserve of $500 and I'm sure I will get the name if I'm willing to pay the reserve amount considering there has been no activity on the domain since the public auction closed.
One thing to note is that the name is currently with enom however it is not a prerelease domain, it is being listed by a direct seller. Would this mean I have to still wait the 42 day auction lock time?
