Ritzy means: stylish, posh, luxury, costly.

I like it, in times of rich kids of instagram and famous popstars shooting money around with toy guns it could be a nice name for a brand.
The only issue you have with it is that the word ritzy is not connected to bikes, which means nobody types this combination into a search engine.
You will need exactly that one company wanting exactly that name to make a (good) sale.
Nonetheless its catchy, good luck!
