Actively linking to a parked domain is against their TOS. Pretty much every "parking" companies too.
'Bout the only exception are expired links - which would be links that are already in place before turning nameservers (or pointing the A record) to the parking company. Like buying a domain off of a drop list or here on NP as examples. Whatever backlinks they may have are considered preexisting backlinks with past traffic and are allowed at most companies.
That's why you see domains listed as mydomain dot com or mydomain<dot>com and not
www.mydomain.com
It's also why I didn't quote his original post in my reply because just as you see, he edited and removed the link. If I had quoted it, then I would have linked it in my reply also.
Does it suck? Yep - but it is what it is. Hate to see a newbie get booted for not knowing...
