Wow, this is funny, so many worthless domain names getting attention and this one has not recieved ANY comments whatsoever. How amazing.....

Difficult name to appraise I'd say (thus the lack of comments)
"Rio Timeshares" gives only 80 hits on Google ("rio time shares" gives 3),
still it's a nice name for the right buyer.

As far as I can see the undeveloped value would be ~low XX,
If you find the right buyer/develop it, you might get more,
perhaps mid XX to low XXX :imho:

1) Bumping your own post 3 hours after your initial post and then whining that no one is responding may not be the best way to get people to give you an appraisal - especially on the day you join the forum.

2) I think the domain has little value. As the other poster said, there are next to no results for "rio timeshares". And almost all of the existing results are for somewhere in mexico. Additionally, no targeted google ads appear related to "rio time shares" - just generic time share and or travel ads. I really don't think a lot of english speaking people are looking for timeshares in rio. The only thing is has going for it is that it is a fairly simple .com

I was thinking about taking a trip to Rio to check out the property prices... From what I hear the prices are very affordable and with the exchange rate, very easy to have a good time down there. (Providing you pick a decent area of Rio). Mardi Gras down there is much bigger and more fun than NOLA from what i've read and I thought this would be a good buisness idea that noone has done yet.

Time Share Is The Biggest Legal Scam In The World. Time Share in Latin America is Outright Robbery. My mother purchased a time share with the Hilton in Venezuela, it costs more in annual fees to maintain than the price of booking a suite for two weeks.

Rio is not that cheap. I would go to the north of Brazil, somewhere around Natal. Rio Grande do Norte has been attracting a lot of European tourists lately and real estate prices are increasing day by day.
