Ring Tones

I was thinking about making a ring tone website. Where can I get information on how I get a simple mp3 or midi or wma or whatever, to somebodys cell phone? And if I wanted to charge a small fee of say 10 cents, how would that work?

If you need a domain for it... I have Ringville.com . Very catchy. I think you just need ringtones saved in regular format..and users connect their phones to their computers and download to them somehow?

you can usually send them through text messages, but I'd reccomend asking t mobile about this
