Neat work, the design looks great. It is simple and straightforward.
I would comment about the large font "register now It's free" I would think..you could make this font a bit smaller.

Other than this, there is an ugly JavaScript error..maybe you are still working on this, but thought I'd tell you.

One last idea you should try to have your own logo image, something that reflects what your site offers usually. The current text-only logo is good, but looks one bit large, you can decrease the font a bit and put a small logo on the left to text, or on the top to the text..both should seem good If the logo well fit in your design.

Looks good in terms of site arrangement, however, your nav. bar is almost invisible - white on white has never been a good solution

Also, i like the "Latest stolen" box on the right, what would greatly enhance it would be an image that's displayed. Even if it's only a stock image, it will help users to visualize the ride that's been stolen.
FavIcon would be nice as well...

Other than that, great job!
