The second you park it you run the risk of losing some of those backlinks and search engine spots and at this point that is your biggest asset for this domain. Parking is not the answer to everything and in cases like yours it can really really hurt you.

Go get a cheapie web host that offers some free stats program like AWStats and take advantage of all that free traffic. You would be crazy not to.

It's a PR3 with close to 2k backlinks, i'd like to know what the traffic is to this one.
The domain alone, ending in UU should be in the high $xx to low $xxx. In this case though, you have the PR3 to throw in and hopefully some decent traffic, which should give you a bit more strength.
I wouldn't worry about the value at this time, but continue building links and traffic and, logically, content - the more and unique, the better.

I guess its because SEs dont like parked pages. Thats why parked pages never show up on the first pages in google searches, even when the domains are very very old (10+ years)

Just an update: It got 200 uniques yesterday.

I think its pretty much like the name VEUP.com that was here a month ago..it had similar stats and eventually went for $1700
