im a doctor and i dont agree w them

first of all and it isnt about medicine... i dont have any .tv but when i see this ext what comes to my mind is something kinda informative

now, about medicine -> rheumatology is a really difficult one in internal medicine... many diseases and many RARE diseases... sometimes it takes months to find out what is going on w ur patient and think as IF U WERE THIS PATIENT (he/she thinks like tihs: "this doctor isnt solving my problem ill look for another one and ILL CHECK ALL THE INFORMATION HE GAVE ME TILL NOW)

so, i think if have a great developed site w info about diseases, doctors that can treat this patient it can be a very good one but it will be a hard work for sure

Good name for live coverage of rheumatology conferences, panel discussions etc. Would probably have to be a developed demo site with rheumatology themed videos to attract buyers though.

In medicine, remote live video is usually via satellite feed. However, a much cheaper method would be a webcam feed and a .tv domain might just be the perfect name. It's memorable and descriptive, and should be a good domain for SEO.

Hard to find a buyer I'm sure, but an interesting concept. Good luck with it.
