domain RFID domain names

Would like some feedback on the domain name (s)

RFIDCHIP.COM
RFIDCHIP.NET

I have been tossing the idea (read somewhere .NET are worth about half the value as .COM)) to selling the names as a pair since I am expecting a development company may be interested in these names. I may be able to offer both for a higher sale amount than separately. The buyer would then own both top-level domains, which may make the sale more interesting to the potential buyer.

Any ideas on values now with these name? Of course the technology is just taking off and down the road these should grow.
