Hasn't this name been up for sale before in a couple of other places a couple years back & sold ?

Just curious.I know it was on ebay a couple of years back but the guy selling it wasn't the rightful owner & the auction got scrapped.
He was selling a few different LLL.coms at the same time & all had different Whois info.

It was sold last April via Sedo to a Canadian bidder to failed to produce funds after he won and jerked us around for a few months. It was also listed on ebay by a fraud, I dont know what happened to that. I have owned the name since 1994 continously. It has been officially available for sale for about 3 years.
