I would not call this a "premium" name. It is not bad but very general. Review the whole state? You always have to ask what is the business model and who is the buyer? Appraise mid xxx to right end user. Maybe best to start your own blog/site around it. I don't think this will appeal to travel/tourism industry imo but a forum maybe. Get some traffic/membership flowing and monetize. I have a number of these domains myself which are good solid keyword names but fall in the pit of not niche enough and too generic for big value. Best of luck with it.
