To be honest, you're ahead some major imporevements required for the home page. It looks little plain for this time, I'd put some quick points.

1. A professional logo is needed.
2. A lesser number of ads, right now they are too many.
3. I'd add more content, and introduction and change the blue colour of the intro, to make it something more userfriendly.

I suggest that you remove either the right AdBrite or left AdBrite and replace it with navigation menu.

The home, contact us, sitemap buttons need to be remade, but in smaller shapes, not taking the full horizontal bar like that, you could just add them as small links (11px) in your header. while giving more room to your real content and navigation links.
