It's pretty cool!

I have one single problem with it:

The sidebar color doesn't match the buttons' color. Also the button gradient it's a little bit strange, the blue is okay but it seems that it's fading to a violet...

It's developed by our guys with simple html and css.. Not any scripts Glad to know that it looks nice...

Homepage ( except Directory, forum and Blog pages ):
- Everything is okay now. I'd just like to suggest that you change your FavIcon to something that doesn't have rough edges. It isn't clear.

Directory:
I'm pretty sure that's a template from a site, so I don't have any modifications because it is already perfect. Just Change the logo color to a brighter one because the background is dark. dark color + dark background = a big No, No.

Forum:
- the advertising space should be properly aligned.

The logo should do more work too, a big edgy because the background should be transparent, not white.

Blog:
Very nice idea to have the Twitter and Facebook float on the sides.
The theme is perfect, matches the website's theme && idea.
just a little big of work on the logo though, Try to match it on the theme. have it Web 2.0, otherwise. it is perfect.

Oh and I noticed something in the footer too.the 4 rounded boxes?
you plan to put something in it? Looks really weird to see 4 rounded boxes in the footer.

I dont know , for some reason everyone else liked the design but i will give my honest opinion. It doesn't engage me ( the site) , sorry if you don't like my opinion.
Once i enter the site, i fell like i am not in a professional site , the buttons aren't working ( not talking about links , the way they are setup its not nice ). A company like yours should always have a logo. In my opinion a logo is the must for businesses , if your site is to have a header with a logo , a regular menu bar instead of buttons like that it would be much better.

As for the setup of the site, rounded corners , light colors i love those. And instead of using the vector image for that meeting in front page , maybe you should buy a real meeting image from Istock photo , first try with diffrent pictures and you can buy the one that looks more suitable with the site.

As for header and menu , i was talking about something like this

I'd have to agree with gafadi here, for the type of business you're running and clients you're aiming for - the look just doesn't come across professional in terms of design/aethestics. You definitely need a logo, nothing too fancy - just clean and profressional.

The buttons at the top don't match the rest of the design but either way the style is a bit off... you might also want to work with typography a little more - maybe add some more line-height and letter spacing.

Content wise, seems like a good balance. But I haven't spent a great deal of time reading through it.

I have to agree with this and what RicoShya added. My first impression was... ok not bad, but not professional.

Honestly...it`s not very nice..
That blueish purple is awful..the navigation menu is not so good either
My suggestions are: that blueish purple on the top - make it light grey, a nice gradient, and the navigation menu: make the buttons smaller, and a very simple one color gradients..like light blue or something

I actually have to agree with some of the comments above. Generally speaking the design looks ok, but its not a design that would instil confidence in any potential customers. It appears very much like those, $50 E-book sites that will tell you how to make $5000 a week by ripping people off.

Some tips on what i'd do to change it around:

* Remove the 100% quality guaranteed sign
* Reduce the size of text and make it sometime less in your face
* Make it apparent without reading all the bumf txt what it is you do. Intelligent business solutions is to generic.
* Change your logo or reposition it so it fits on to the wbesite (you may get away wth it across the top, removing the buttons (you have these links on the site anyway)
* change the Business%20Solutions.jpg image to something a little less gaudy, and make it pertitent to what it is you do.


Thats what I'd recommend for a start.
