http://plzlink.me is a website service that allows users to shorten a desired URL of their choice. API provided.

http://hizost.com is a Free Image and File hosting website.

Please let me know your thoughts on design/functionality of these two sites.

Both the sites look just 0k and nothing much attractive there .. I like the concept of the first url but u can make it more professional

For the first URL, you're trying to compete with TinyURL, which is fine, but it needs to look MUCH more professional in terms of website design. Just my 2 cents...

hey thanks for the input, I added rep. I was trying to keep the design simple, just like TinyURL.
