It is a bit basics, but what about the sections.. and news?

i wouldnt use Arial in a logo/header graphic, its too plain, and if you are going to have a graphic u can use any font u want

the nav is dark yet doesnt match anything else, perhaps you can reuse that color elsewhere, because the site is a little too white

some areas seem like they are missing a bg image or something, perhaps a gradiant or something at the top of some of the blocks would help

it's too plain and everything is mix and match, nothing seems to contrast, you have a dark nav with a plain bg and a header that doesn't match the site, i like the actual layout of the site but overall it seems too plain, reduce the amount of white space and maybe use a gradient or bg image for the bg

it's easy to navigate which is a good thing and can be worked on with getting the rest of the site to fit
