I'd appreciate some feedback on my layout / design for Optical Gaming, www.OpticalGaming.com.

I recently re-organised pretty much everything, so open to suggestions / criticism.

Were you going for ease and simplicity? If so, it's good. It certainly matches your forum skin, which is a pleasant surprise. A lot of sites these days think it's acceptable to have two completely different color schemes.

Is that font called optical, or something? I don't like it personally, but I can what you're going for.

Hi,

The font used for the navigational images and the "www.OpticalGaming.com" on the main banner is called "serious4b". The font used for the gradiented "Optical Gaming" is "Legion". I've had many problems finding fonts that go well with the website so that's always been a major issue for me.

Not quite sure what I was going for in terms of the layout itself, but I've recently re-arranged the navigational bars in particular, so that it makes navigation around the site a lot easier (which I hope it does).

I actually think the font matches fine.

I also agree that having your website layout matching your forum layout is a huge plus. I personally have many sites that don't have matching layouts, it's just too much of a time sink trying to get that all worked out.
