I will tell only about design. The colours are rather good, not irritating. But for me using only colours is not enough. The weakest place is your header (including logo) + favicon.
Still, your site is very quick and easy to navigate. Was very happy to find russian language) Good luck with your site, looks very perspective!

Well this is my first site review in here so bear with me on this lol, i thought id give it a bash.

I like the design, its pretty slick but my only quibble is about the green in the login box, perhaps you could make it a different shade of blue? It's also nice to see the language options there.

The upload status thing is a nice feature, it works very well with the sites design but perhaps you could change the color of the red status bar to a nice shade of blue to go with the rest of the site, I would suggest you also add the links to the uploaded i mage with BB image tags, so people can shove images on forums faster should they host images, could have a seperate option for this so it doesnt interfere with flash and regular file uploading.

Overal nice site and a slick design good job.

Considering the topic at hand, I would say the layout serves its purpose. Like Electric-Shadow, I have a few suggestions, and mine are more along the line of style -- to me the logo on the top-left doesn't have much appeal. The font is jagged (purposely?) and the folder image appears to be just there. Maybe you could cut down on the white space as well; however, that's just me being nit picky.

Good luck with your site! For reasons that would not suite a forum like Namepros, I'm very much a supporter of file-sharing websites such as yours.
