We have our own servers co located in Softlayer data centers, and single hot.

We provide reseller hosting as a product. Get in touch with me if you are interested.

We are not using any reseller.

We will launch Voice support soon. As of now we provide 24/7 support through Tickets, email, Chart and calls "to customer on needy basis."

Real good one design.. I think image of FAQ & knowledge base is not loading
or it is not there.. do check that

You could get a toll free number/instead of putting up your personal phone

Its not dat necessary for now. As he has just started an website. Let him find some good customers.. etc etc
Then those things can be done later on...

Well said frendz, AS of now toll free line is not required. Getting customers is the focus now.
