Hello guys, i create this new Resume Search engines, Kindly Review this and let me know, how can i improve this and if i have some bugs and unnecessary thing in it , let me know. this is still new, and i am working on it . so if i get some good feedback then i can improve Them right now

I like the design it's clear and easy to navigate.

I don't like the underlines in the menu, and would add some breadcrumbs when browsing the resumes.

Hallo! Fine site which looks reliable as well as serious. But at your place I would diversify the background coloration - there is too much white color on the background, to my mind.

If you weren't using tables for layout you probably wouldnt be having such issues....

hey can i advice one thing which everyone loves ? Remove everything which is there. just put a search box and Submit button with your logo ofcourse. everything else which is needed can be put in an ajax tooltip if you wish. and the links in a dropdown menu.
people will love it, trust me

Im not sure about you mission statement, im struggling to make sense of it. Maybe be clearer about what your site dose, because this dose not state anything about your site.

that true..this will give an straight forward look..and would definitely be more attractive and easy for the users

I really like the layout and color coordination. It looks very professional and well done. The only thing that looks a little out of place is the "Job Resume Search" which is in orange. That's just my 2 cents.
