come on guys where's the reviews?

I need to get people to go to the site at fill out a review, people aren't doing that. How can i get them to action? What about the template, too colourful. I tried some other templates but always come back to this one.

The graphics/design needs work. I don't like the color or the rounded corners a pop up feel to the site. I think there is too much going on in the site. It should look neat and clean. I like the idea though and the website should look as professional as the idea.

thanks, can you suggest am existing site that would be an example of good template design for this site?

Also what would suggest to get people to actually make a report?
