try Magmahost Solutions - Web Hosting Services see their design.

if i were you, i would change the featured glider from there.. with something with minimum images and more texts.
Get that 3 content boxes below the welcome logo to extreme down.

remove that "You didn't accidently land on this page , You have a purpose in your mind "

Hi! I like the navigation of your site as well as the location of its elements. But why not to add some color ro pal tint to the background? White color is too dull, to my mind.
