Reverse lookup?

Hello,

Ive been talking to a guy whos been scammed out of $800, and he needed that to pay for bills on his move. He has the guys phone number, but the address was fake.

Does anyone know any good reverse lookups or similar?

All the ones we've tried just show Clover, CA

There are many services online you can use for this, but you have to pay for them, I do not believe any free service for this exists. Just google reverse phone number lookup.
