Would you mind disclosing the offer?

In my personal opinion I'd have to say that despite the use of the ".us" domain extension, you've got yourself a pretty good domain. You should be able to see anywhere from high-$$ to low-$$$ - if not more if you can find the right end user.

Generally you would only get low xx max wholesale for this domain, so i would take the offer and run! :D
