domain RestaurantPrices.com -- Please Appraise

Hello!
What do you think RestaurantPrices.com is worth? It's been registered since 2005 and the Google Adwords tool has the search volume at 27,100 in October for the exact keywords. Thanks for all your help!

Term does not make sense, when bundled with REST, it is not similar brand electronics which can be sold through different retailers, as each restaurant is unique, and offers a unique item, pricing comparsions are useless, there would be no real avenue to invest your time in with this domain in regards to a design buildout, worth anywhere in the $xx range

maybe instead of menu prices perhaps a site talking about the "price" of owning diffrent Restaurant franchises

it does not have to do price comparisons. It is sufficient to do price range searches, plus some benchmarking to get sorting by "value for money". Good one, imo.

To be honest, I do see the value in this as I have searched for restaurant prices myself. Due to budget issues, when I am in the mood to try a new restaurant, I would like to see the menu and prices before I go. After all, it is a real bummer when you drive half and hour to a nice restaurant only to see that it costs $$$$. Also, the fact that there is a pretty nice volume of searches in Google for the exact keywords should say something. I did not at all think about using this as a 'price comparison' site. But, thank you all for your opinions. It's much appreciated.
