They look identical but appear to be registered by different people, hosted at different places, etc.

...also http://allthefood.com/ and http://www.atfood.com ... are the designs and DB being sold exactly the same? Are you the reseller (I may be interested in purchasing the DB for the right price).

The person who designed mine stole it and resold it. That is the first I'm seeing that.

I bought the db and the site from the same person. The DB does not have individual rights to it. The information contained in it is all public knowledge so I know it can't be copyrighted. Just hard to get it all in one place over 274,000 restaurants.
