I picked this up from pool.com, term has an OVT count of over 10k and very good search volume according to Google AdWords Estimator.

Any opinions?

Strong area for search - apartment. Adding residential makes it very long but according to google trends, there is some search volume for that long term. Highly commercial name for development.

For enduser you might get $500-$1000 or more depending on motivation IMO. With the downturn in economy this may well become a stronger area, so if it was mine, I might hold a bit longer.

Thanks reprint1. Working in the housing industry myself, I can't help but notice big names like Move.com, ForRent.com and Apartments.com bidding on this term. I think the value for this name will swing wildly depending on who the end user is.

Any other opinions?
