Reservation script?

Hi Folks,

I'm looking for a reservation php script that I can place onto one of my sites. It would allow a visitor to book a place on a trip on a certain date etc Then the script should be able to notify the site owner. (Something like this)

Any ideas?

Probably the best idea would be just to create a simple html form and use a simple PHP contact type script and have it email you the results.

Unless you want to go high-tech than a custom script to meet your needs would have to be done.
