Many jack up substantially on renewals. So what's their renewal rates after one year?

I got it too - genuine resellerclub material. You haven't seen it online because it hasn't launched yet.

Do these guys accept PAYPAL ... Are there any Terms or conditions like 1 and 1?

I believe most, if not all, accept PayPal, I use iPlox.com (iBrood's Site) and they have good prices.

Yep - PayPal is set up as the default with the ResellerClub sites. Most also have CC payment options.
