Reseller or VPS

I am seeking a VPS or Reseller. Preferably a VPS. I am looking for around 20gb of space, 100-300GB of bandwidth (open to adjustment), cPanel/WHM (if a paid addon, needs to be cheap).

I do have a budget in mind, I'd like it not to exceed $30 per month (including cPanel).

Priority will be given to cheaper, affordable and reputable companies.

Also, I am seeking quick setup. I will be making payments starting on October 16th as that is the next pay date for myself. This payment will include the FULL October payment. I'm willing to sign a contract if need be. I want to establish a long term relationship.

Also in between now and the 16th, I'm willing to do some work for the host in exchange for their assistance in this matter. This can include, but isn't limited to, technical support, live chat (if it doesn't exist, I can spearhead this on your behalf if you wish), ticketing, graphic design, etc. No charge.
