recently, I did some research on the dot TV market in china. Though it is not as good as other markets like Japan, UK or US, it appears it is going to be take off. Several famous websites just lauched and they are listed below:

www.Hifly.tv
This site was lauched by the most popular and one of the largest TV media in China.

www.taobao.tv
it is by taobao.com which is said to be the biggest B2C in China and it is the only competitor to Ebay in china. This site is just lauched.

www.ZhaoShang.tv
ZhaoShang means Invest in Chinese. This site also looks very good.

some other dotTV sites also launched or under construction which will not be listed here.

are these good news for the .TV domainers?

I bet more and more .tv website will be developed in China this year. The HiFly.tv is so famous media in China( I would say most favorite TV media among young Chinese) and this is sure to have some snowball effect based on my further research on China market and the fact China's ebiz and TV industry are starting prosper . I bet bright future with .tv domain. :hehe: Let's keep our fingers crossed. :xf.love:

Good research there, phoenixsuns! As a foreigner you really impressed me on how you find the info.
It seems the first two sites are owned by TV stations in Hunan province. Their TV shows are very popular especially in Entertainment.
Like an overwhelming show they broadcast all over the country in last 2 years.
