inex.ai sold for $1600 (Namecheap)

Just thought of checking when it was registered and icann shows not registered. Checked the Nic who is lookup and it shows host not found.

Immediately went to check if available for registration and its showing as Reserved .

But name is available in few other tlds to register if anyone is interested in ngtlds. (Taken in 141 extensions).

Got registered later on the same day and is posted for sale at $125000
Maybe the domain was being transferred and it lost its previous created date which i remember someone said is common in ai tld"!!!???

When an .ai domain is sold at Namecheap auctions it’s creation date is resetted at the moment the buyer pays for it at Namecheap.
If i win an .ai domain at auction on Namecheap today, it’ll show as registered today.

Even when a domain is bought? What happened to the prior balance period? It shows expiry as Dec 2027 exactly two years from the purchased date. Probably it was an expired auction?
