[Required] Php bid script

Hi

I am looking for a simple script that allows users to bid for a text link that will be placed on a list of 10 links.

What i want to happen is when someone bids/pays $1.00 via paypal their link automatically goes to the top of the list.

If anyone is able to do this, please contact me.
