LOGO Design Needed

Size Requirements : 291px x 122px MIN - TRANSPARENT BACKGROUND

Color Requirements : Pretty open, but if you could include something along these colors (ie: #CDEB8B and #C3D9FF) would be great.

General Deets : Need a logo for a new animal welfare/rescue non profit site that will be launching in February. Name that can be included as part of logo design can be anyone of the following: Animal Welfare Center, Canadian Animal Welfare Center, AWC

You will also receive site credit for your work (and a link back to your site).

Greetings All!

I have received feecback from the owner of the rescue.

She is impressed with ALL submissions, but did have a preference for the 1st submission by Swiss2000 in terms of the colors used and the style of logo (but no text).

So, in keeping with the spirit of this contest, can I get another round of submissions incorporating the following:

- Variation of colors used by Swiss2000 - 1st submission
- Dog and Cat
- NO TEXT
- DO NOT INCLUDE ANY ICONOGRAPHY THAT IS COMMONLY USED BY RESCUES (such as the + used in previous samples). This organization will be focusing on providing much needed community services and education on top of being a rescue.

She has also expressed that if a variation of the logos found here could be incorporated into your submissions would be great! (this applies to the heart image only in the first example and a variation on the second)

Once again, thank you for your submissions thus far and I look forward to seeing further examples. Your efforts are greatly appreciated.

Hi Swiss2000,

Couple of changes needed:

1- Remove star burst effect that is in background;

2- Remove that white line that appears on either side of the dog and cat;

3- The owner of the rescue has a real fondness for the pawprints within a heart or incorporating paw prints in background - is that doable?

Thank you for your submission - couple of items to note:

1- Friendly reminder: No text in logo

2- If using paw prints, please use four digits in the design

3- Nice use of colors here, can you make blue a tad darker?

4- Any way of incorporating dog and cat in design?

Greetings,

I am extending the contest until this Friday Feb 18 due to new feedback from the owner of the rescue.

Swiss2000, can you remove the tuft of fur that juts out from the dog in your logos? She prefers smooth lines.


She has asked if there was any way to incorporate a house or roof of a house in the logos - some samples she sent over can be found here:
