Is no one willing to actually pay for hosting anymore. To be honest I think this "I need a small amount of space" stuff is getting out of hand. If you want free space go to freewebs or something, or go to http://freewebspace.net/ It makes me angry.
If it is a pr4 site then i think you will need a little more than a small amount of bandwidth.

the needs of the hosting are minimal, its going to be a 2 or 3 page site in html there mainly for linking to other sites, and it doesnt get much traffic, maybe 150 a month,

go get angry somewhere else

Exactly you have proven my point. It is for a simple site, so freewebs is ideal. I didnt want to be nasty, it just seems that more and more people are looking for a "free" ride. Everyone will be doing it soon.
