General Requirements : I'd like an original, yet simple blog template design. Please keep in mind that this will not be for a personal blog. It must have specified sections for advertisements and it should be widget-ready. To give you a basic idea about the style I like, here are some free templates that interested me: Envy, ColdBlue, Freshy, and Beach. Other than that, you pretty much have creative freedom. I'd just like it to look good, be professional, and have good monetization potential. Thanks again.

Additional Information : This is not just a photoshop template design contest. It must be fully coded for implementation into WordPress. Thanks!

This could be just me, correct me if I'm wrong here, but I doubt you're going to get anyone to sign up for a fully coded blog template for only $20.
