I have a client looking for a logo for a Survival Magazine themes site.

This is to be a very cool logo you would wear on t-shirts, hats etc. But it could also be seen on a Print magazine on the newstand and also used as the header logo on the website

Open to any and all ideas

Should be earth tones, and feel like the outdoors

with a slight slight tinge of bad ass or toughness to it

thinking rustic, rivets, antiqued, earthy tough

Prize $100 to the winner, and hoping for some FAST replies

May Also be willing to buy the runner up logo for $25 if we like it

Use "Survival Magazine" as the wording

Waiting to see some more entries I don't want to influence you guys quite yet with my opinion. But for $100 and a possible second place the entries should be pouring in, surely it can't be that nice out this weekend where you are? LOL

Feedback is appreciated:

not bad on the right track, not real fond of the circle use etc but it's on the right track

would also like to see banner style versions of the logo as opposed to just a circle

meaning it can be a left to right style logo u have more room than just a confined circle or square

i'd like to see a different idea or angle if you don't mind.. i'm def not in love with anything i have seen yet, just being honest

Think I like dlight's the best so far even though it doesn't incorporate the bear paw I wanted,

It's kind of basic but it's the best one so far

How about maybe doing a version on a real wood background?? just an idea

and maybe the words and logo look like dirt or engraved? just thinking out loud
