Color Requirements :

Transparent or White background. Completely open as to the colors, I will base the rest of the site around the logo.

General Requirements :

*edited* I would like the text 'OX' next to an image of an ox, followed by the text 'SEO'. No .com in the text.

Take a look at PolurNet.com's logo, it's friendly but still professional.

Some great high quality designs with impeccable finish. I like the bottom 2 and at this moment in time can't decide which I prefer. The only aspect that I feel needs improvement is the ox. Let me know what you think.

yes right so i have already start and done a few revisions

I meant the image of the ox, and not the text. The setup (what's the design term? structure?) of the designs in your original post are perfect.

I really like the black background colour of the circle.

I prefer the designs in the bottom right of the 2nd level, I would drop the other designs.

The middle one is the best, but I'm still not feeling the ox. Here are some images to give you ideas of what I feel would be better.
