I'm looking for a logo design (for website, business cards. The winner of the contest will get a $100.00 prize sent via paypal.

The name of the site is: ivytrainer.com (the website is not created yet)

ivytrainer.com is a regional SAT prep business that offers personal SAT tutoring/coaching by Ivy League graduate instructors.

I would also like an alternate, transparent background version of the winning logo so that I can use it for different possible color variations of my website once it goes live.

I'm so sorry for the late response guys, but I had problems logging back onto my account. My favorite so far is Dlights 2nd entry. I like it because I find it to be unique, clean and eye catching. But I'm wondering if the words "SAT Tutoring" need to be included in there somewhere in case I want to stamp it on a coffee mug or something in the future without people wondering what exactly my company does. That being said, I love the design and don't want to interfere with it too much... is it possible for you to post an alternative design that adds the words "SAT Tutoring" somewhere, I will still consider your original design because I really like it. My 2nd pick so far is SteveTeva's because of its creative layout. Feedback for Steve: I like the idea, but find the overall look to be a bit generic (perhaps its the font). Also, I want to be able to use my logo on other things like business cards and I'm afraid that your logo has too much going on for me to use it on anything but for my website. Perhaps you can simplify it a bit? Finally, I think that my logo needs to have a ".com" Sorry if it sounds like nit picking... I do like your design. And Moses... I still do not see any of your designs anywhere and am not sure where the problem lies. Anyway, I will still consider new designs so please enter them!

Scorpion, I really like the your classic spin on the logo. Is it possible to fit a small ".com" somewhere (perhaps right below the Ivy Trainer in the small gap in the middle of the vines)? I want people to know that we have a website.

Dlight, for some reason, the new design feels a bit cluttered to me and I'm preferring the original design, which I still like a lot. Will have some tough decisions to make.

Thanks to everyone who submitted a design. I had some tough decisions to make, but in the end, I liked scorpionagency's design (version #2, with ".com" in the middle) the best so I'm closing the contest.
