The name is nice and certainly has got some value. However, prepositions (of, on, in) do reduce the value of a domain name. The name has got 3 words, this is another drawback. All other extensions are still available. Having said all this, I think you would be able to sell it for low $xxx.

I don't look at this as just a three word domain. It is an exact match GEO of a popular country. Sure Austria.com is a lot better, and would sell for much more, but this GEO has value.

Most, if not all, RepublicOf<Country>.com are taken. Many are developed.

I would look for about Mid $XXX+ on this one.
