Was looking for a re-appraisal from this, with a developed site. Rent Alert is pretty self explanatory...
However, here's the main nitch.
apartments.com recently started a service called "Rent Alert". They dont seem to have a domain name for it, but would it be worth it to contact them and see if they would like rentalert.net? If so, what would be a good asking price?
