domain Renew or Drop?

I just cant decide if its worth renewing right now.

The key here is figuring out if "Workouts" seems to be increasing in use or if the forcloser problem gets better, it decreases.

This term might be just accountant type of term and not much end user interest.

Avergage person ever heard of this i would guess.

No real google ads show on this for "Home Loan Workouts" thats the biggest drop clue

For a $10 renewal I would keep it. The exact phrase doesn't make any sense, but the home loan part may just be too valuable to throw away. My suggestion is that any time you are marketing any other name to an enduser in the finance/loan industry include it in your offering with a BIN of $50 or $60. After that its a strict numbers game.

I don't really see enough end user demand for the term to renew the domain. I know it is only $10 or so but those add up over time.

The funny thing is that if you drop it I bet someone else will register it BUT that still doesn't mean it has any intrinsic value (except that it was once registered).

That said, I would drop it it does not pay for itself.
