It's a good name but mostly potential wise. I'd say it's midish' $xx or perhaps a little lower just as the domain. If you were to develop the website it'd obviously be worth a lot more.

Well you'll have to state that next time, I take it for granted that when someone posts it's an undeveloped website.

With the site you have I'd say around $2500 - perhaps a little less or perhaps a little more.
