Rejoice.tv - Development Help

Hi Guy's,

I picked up Rejoice.tv and Im looking for a partner who is interested in developing this domain with me.

Since registering the domain I have had it parked and Im seeing on Average 25 UV per day but no CTR - Its a hard domain to optimise

Since Im struggling to see parking revenue I'm feeling that once developed we could sell this domain or see if we can gain revenue through advertising.

Im open to lots of ideas and I really would love to hear what everyone thinks what I should do with this domain.

Well I would love to help you.
Although I am not a man of ideas. Maybe we could make it with clips of happy moments on TV. Or TV reviews, based around the topic 'rejoice'. Who knows, but I would love to help!
