Look for informational sites, behavior groups and organizations or behaviorist business sites with a lot of information (behavior geeks love to expound on the subject ) and pitch it to them. Dot org works well in an informational context.

As for how much you could get - depends on who's interested. Sorry not to be much help there, but maybe this will give you some ideas to help sell it.
