hello,

Just wondering if any domain registrars out there allow users API access without being a "reseller".

I've seen a lot of options on sites like dynadot etc...but they require $500 funding to be spent.

internet.bs has API access with $65 min deposit.

They also have rock bottom prices to boot.

I think it's worth to prepay $500 at dynadot, it's only 60 .com domains and you have a whole year to use this cash with api access.

Yes, $65 dollars is not very expensive, but do you know if there are performance differences between API (and in fact, registrars)?

For instance, to catch a domain that just dropped, are Dynadot and Internet.bs API equivalents? Maybe it also depends on the extension of the domain?

For drop/catching, I think dynadot is better for the simple fact that it has the check domain availability with multiple domains. If Internet.bs adds that function, they should technically be the same. Now, I haven't used any for that purpose so these are all theoretical.
