That's basically the type of response I get when trying to contact them.

Also, my domain name which was re-registered in Febuary of 2003, has been put on Administrative lock for an unknown reason and I have tried contacting them various times, and they are clueless. I have even emailed a man who I was told to contact in regards to this problem, nearly a month ago and I still have not recieved an email in regards to this problem.

Take it from me, I know how you feel. I absolutely refuse to use their services again. I hassled with them one time too many, and their support stinks. I find it hard to provide quality customer service when you do not have a call-in type of support staff. I can honestly say that I feel the BEST customer service in the industry is through GD.

That's very discussible, and depends on user.
My experiences with them in the past were from bad to worse, but in recent time their support did got better significantly.
Unfortunatelly, not so much to tell that's the best support in industry (i have tried over 10 different registrars).
I have seen better support than GS's...

Try to ask RefistFly's support to transfer one of your domains to your own enom account. Never worked for me - but will kerep trying.

I've dealt with Registerfly exclusively for the past 4 years or so and have never
had any problems with their support.
I think that I read somewhere that their support center is in India somewhere(Cheap Labour).I don't know if this is true or not,but if you've ever been to India....it's a hassle to get anything done in a fast manner....everything takes time......

When I was with register.com a few months back, their support was excellent! Tickets are usually answered within a few hours!

I have used RegisterFly, godaddy , register.com etc. I think RegisterFly is far better. With godaddy they would hang up on me without even solving the problem(happened twice) . I DO NOT use their chat since I find chat (not with just them , in general) a useless tool for support. Their ticket system has always been fast and accurate

They(registerfly) are supposed to be offering phone support sometime soon(this yearr). I am anxiously waiting since it would make it perfect

Fair enough. I have never had problems with Enom or GD. As you mentioned, depends on the user. Anyway, happy domaining!

I think having the ability to pick up a phone and reach out is important. Having a ticket system is great as well.

They take about 45 mins to reply to me sometimes dont even but its ok i think ...
