Its not currently available, but the cost just for the ability is in the hundreds of thousands. That does not include creation of your own registry/registrar.

i hope they dont implement the new TLD ..... this will lead to alot of confusion among normal users ....

I think the new TLD is inevitable. With so much interest from huge corporations, and with the sums of money involved. Blah.

They are a chance to get on a list to be in an auction if those new gTLDs get accepted by ICANN and if the owners offer the names for sale and the names don't get taken first in any Sunrise period.
