Is it possible for a buyer make offer $30000 for a domain, but afternic/godaddy agent only tell the seller that the buyer only offer $10000.

Another possibility--- Is it possible for a buyer already paid $30000 for a domain buy now price, but afternic/godaddy agent only tell the seller that the buyer only offer $10000.

After negotiations with the seller, if the seller agrees to a $10000 transaction, Afternic/Godaddy will receive $30000 but only pay the buyer $10000
