Reg cheap domains and monetize them

I wonder some websites register domain names for only 0.20 cent ,how can I do it ? giving 7 dollars for a domain name is really handicap task if you register thousands of domains.I imagine that if thousands of domains will be regged ,our revenue will be better also some domain name companies work with large portfolio owner and offer more rate of revenue share.Some people think domain development but it is expensive job and can be resulted in a unsuccesful way according to some experience owner publishers of this job.By putting your money in a bank ,it gives low profit but guarantee money.Thinking domaining for a business trade ,you can go high or low but I really want to know what is the profitable way of doing this job? I know the handicaps of canceling accounts by the ad provider or if they are not honest ,in a trade every kind of companies available.This supported by what I hear from forum members or do you think doing are internet jobs not reliable? or do we really work with real life , out of the internet? The internet PPC advertisements revenue ,is it good ? do we push money to this business ,advice?

i will take a risk by investing small bucks on profitable domain and make some money. but the final decision is on your hand. expecting 3$ / domain / month is more than enough to cover each domain price you spent. and of course make a little profit.

buying profitable domain by looking traffic stats? If this you mention , some make speculative revenue on domains by clicking them selves.
