An interesting name. Normally I am not keen on negative domain names (refused). However, I guess it could be seen positively, like a site with information and links re alternatives for those who have been refused loans. Nevertheless I don't see it going for a huge amount - GoValue estimate $1592 and I see it for that or less. Hopefully I am wrong and you can get more.

Another point is that the .loan and .loans ngTLDs may provide alternatives and competition. I see that someone (maybe registry) is trying to sell refused(.)loan for $6500.

I really appreciate your thought, go value is not a right tool for appraisal, they are willing to sell the domain so they appraise them on the higher price but estibot in my point of view is more reliable which appraise it for 2200$.
That was the main reason of mine purchasing the domain,
It is listed in godaddy auction and and the primary bid is of 250$, and on the other hand refusedcredit.com is listed as a premium domain for more than 6000$.

Help me found some traffic on Go daddy auction
